My condolence go to family and friends of Mr. Powell. This always a sad occasion especially when one has just finished the summer stage of life. Perhaps the words found at Isaiah 26:19 will bring some perspective as to the future of our love ones who are sleeping. It reads:"Your dead will live. My corpses will rise up(those in God's memory. Awake and shout joyfully. You residents in the dust!...And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." The bible teaches throughout that there will be a grand resurrection(Jo 5:28,29). May this comfort you as we all await the wonderful fulfillment of being reunited with our love ones.
