My heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the family. Dear Lloyd. I'll always remember you dancing in the kitchen as you guarded your pot of gumbo. The sound of you reading your bible in the middle of the night. Endless storytelling about your childhood and your siblings. The forever love you have for your children, taught me to love my own. We were 17 and 19 yrs old when we met, and our lives remained connected throughout our late 40's. I am grateful for the power in your presence which you shared with me. Always and Always I will love you.

When I found out you passed away, I have reflected daily on our friendship and brotherhood while growing up in Youngstown, Ohio. Whether at South High, sitting on your front porch, or venturing out in the neighborhood on the south side, we were inseparable. During times like these, I find comfort knowing we had an unbreakable bond, Rest In Peace my friend, my bother. Love has a bond that can never be broken. John 14:1-3
