The sun rose on the life of Mrs. Richelle Torres on April 25, 1983 when she was born in Denver, Colorado to Carla Torres. The second of two children, she had two brothers, Adam and Vincent. A quiet and kind child, she was very smart. She loved to sneak candy from her mother’s room with her brothers. Educated in the public school system, Richelle attended Thornton High School in Thorn-ton, CO. A very popular student, she was a majorette in high school. Richelle was united in marriage with Michael Cordova. She was blessed with two beautiful daughters, Alexis and Alicia and one handsome son, Isaiah. She was a loving and devoted mother. Most of her adult life, Richelle was a stay at home mom. She loved taking care of her family and home. She was employed with Comfort Keepers in the position of a caregiver. She had also worked with Govenor’s Plaza Shoes and Services. She was very good with customers and picked up learning her job very quickly. She was often trusted to be alone and run the shop. In her free time, Richelle enjoyed family time, sharing with friends, cooking, watching documentaries and reading. Her best friends were Fanny and Maria. They loved her kind heart and the way she always put everyone before herself. Richelle’s favorite color was burgundy and she loved colorful flowers. She most enjoyed listening to 90’s, R&B and Hip Hop music. She had so many wonderful traits and habits. She was a loving, kind, beautiful, selfless, thoughtful, warm hearted and funny woman who was a great listener who gave great advice. She was a compassionate, devoted and understanding mother to her children whom she loved un-conditionally. Richelle touched many lives with her kind and unselfish acts. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. To know her was to love her. The sun set on the life of Mrs. Richelle Torres on November 8, 2020 when she passed into eternal rest. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Michael Cordova; son, Isaiah Cordova; daughters, Alexis Torres and Alicia Cordova, all of Denver, CO; mother, Carla Torres of Arvada, CO; brothers, Vincent Torres of Broomfield, CO and Adam Torres of Arvada, CO; and a host of other relatives and friends.
