I will forever be thankful for the laughs, long talks, and spirit Sean bought to my life. Loyal Brotha like no other. Sean was a champion for me when I didn’t know I needed one. Rare is to have someone so sincere and genuine to come along in this life. Sean is one of those rare people that is forever etched in my soul. Michelle thank you for your grace during this devastating time. My condolences to all that enjoyed the man who could eat his weight of fried chicken in a matter of minutes. Peace & LOVE

Rare are those who choose to take the time and have the ability to really see you and still choose to love you. You did that for me. You told me many times that you loved me either after a hard discussion or just randomly and it really meant so much. You devoted time to know each of my family members and really seemed to enjoy them and visit with them individually. You honored me with your genuine interest in them. You were a fierce friend and protector and I grew to know you had my back as well as many others and had a gift for giving people what their heart needed. For someone who didn’t want to hear anyone else’s mouth, you usually had plenty to say. You could comment or offer advice that may be uncomfortable at times but was full of thoughtful observation and you often were ready with an argument about something (or nothing) that could go on for hours. You helped me physically when I was overwhelmed with a project as well as relaxed with me. I loved when you called me “old chum” or spoke in an English accent. I enjoyed the variety of music you listened to and why you loved an artist usually had to do with the emotion they could bring to a song. I loved the in-depth conversations on Darth Vader and all the backstory of the Dark Side when discussing the new Star Wars movies. And if I ever actually got upset with you as soon as you found out no matter what time it was, you would stop everything to find me or call me and argue until we got to the heart of it and found a way forward. If I upset you, you let me make it right instead of letting it stay between us. You always said we were “solid” and valued our friendship in a way that was truly humbling. You trusted me to be there for you and anything you received from me you let it go straight to your heart. Sean was an amazing judge of character and so I feel honored he sought me out to be his friend. He often would say he could see so much in a person’s eyes about who they were and what they were about or going to do. In his eyes I found a true friend and learned so much about what that should mean. I love you Sean Mychael Love. May you rest in peace and know that you touched my life in a way that will always be with me.
