To the Johnson Family, Sheldon was a unique and very talented musician who could play numerous instruments early in his life. We grew up together on Kearney St. in Park Hill in the 70's and started our neighborhood band, but due to military service I left after high school. Sheldon's love for music was evident back then, he could play Tuba,trumpet, keyboards and saxophone, the best musician in our neighborhood group! Sheldon was one cool dude! Sheldon/Shebbles Johnson GOD must have really needed you to play keyboard for the angelic choir, because we were praying for you my friend, the Carey Family really loves you, But GOD loves you Best. When ever we needed you, you were always there from Kansas city to Omaha and all around Denver and we Blessed the people every time. You even trained my G-son Julian to play keyboard and be a band leader now he is a college professor teaching music in Bangkok Thailand so your style of playing & singing has made it around the world
