Sharon was such a beautiful soul. We worked on the same team for two years, but didn't actually get the chance to work together often. Now, I regret not taking every opportunity I had to work with her. But I will always be able to cherish the time we did have. Sharon was such a warm, kind person. Her smile lit up every room she walked into, and when she was here, I knew it was going to be a good day. Her laugh was contagious. She was a ray of sunshine, no matter what else was going on. She was a good friend, a dedicated coworker, and a caring soul. She is missed greatly by so many, myself included.

Sharon was a wonderful person, and I loved working with her. We loved to hear her stories, especially about her grandchildren, and loved how in turn, she would listen to ours and offer sound advice or just a listening ear. She was a very special person to her work team; everyone always volunteered for a chance to work with her. Sharon will be greatly missed at the library.

Ms. Sharon was such a delight to be around, I loved her sunny disposition about life. She had a presence that made you smile no matter what day you were having. I loved her Michelle Obama purse that she bought with her to work, apparently a patron at the job got into the back room and looked through the filing cabinet and saw it. According to the camera nothing important was taken but they held it up admiring the craftsmanship of purse which Ms.Sharon thought was cute. I miss my friend who I did not get to see that often but was always thoughtful when something tragic happen in my life. When I heard that she past away the morning of the solar eclipse, I felt really sick and could not breathe that day and ended up going home. Ms. Sharon will be a special person that I will remember and think of from time to time. We have a garden at our job and will soon have a memorial plaque dedicated in her name with beautiful flowers above. Ms. Sharon Is finally free of this world and Heaven has one of the good ones to cherish forever. I will miss you Ms. Sharon!
Love Deana H.

In the loss of dear Sharon, we are reminded of the gentle grace she brought into our lives. Her warm presence and amiable nature formed an indelible bond with all who had the privilege to know her. Beyond a dedicated co-worker, she was a cherished friend and guide, whose words of wisdom and uplifting stories enriched everyone's day. The sparkle in her smile lit up rooms and hearts alike. She will be profoundly missed yet remembered forever within our hearts.

When I met Sharon, we both joined APL at the same time. Sharon instantly became a supportive friend that was always available to lend a listening ear. No matter what the topic of conversation was, Sharon would just smile, giggle a little and just continue to listen. We immediately clicked over life's common interest. I will truly miss Sharon walking into work, pulling up a chair, and saying “Good morning Ms. E, how was your weekend”? We would share laughs throughout the day. Sharon was my girl and she will truly be missed!!!
My deepest sympathy.

I don't know if I have ever met someone that I connected with so quickly. Sharon and I only knew each other a few years but I don't think I have had someone make the profound impact on my life that she did. She encouraged me to paint and to push myself to accomplish more with art. She would get upset when she'd find my art in the trash and would take it home with her... After she scolded me for it... She'd randomly call me at night just to tell me something she had remembered or found funny. Her love for her children and grandchildren was as true and pure as it could be. We would laugh about how much her grandchildren could eat. She was always absolutely amazed by that. Or the invisible brake pedal she had in her daughters car. Or how excited she was for her son's wedding. Or how much her husband drove her crazy. It was always with a smile and love and humor. I don't think she would have changed a single thing. I'm going to miss her trying to figure out what to have for dinner because of phone calls in the morning. I'm going to miss having to shift through papers on the printer to find her recipes. Or having to help her figure out her "stupid phone." She was amazing, strong willed, and good. I will miss her...
