To the family of Mr.Brown: Your father, brother, son etc will be missed dearly. He was truly a kind soul,with huge heart, and amazing smile that always cheered me up at work. I can't believe that I'm speaking of him in the past. As I type this condolence note a picture of him (on the website) keeps popping up with his wonderful smile and I can't believe he's gone. My heart is overwhelmed with sadness. I can't even mention his name without crying; so I can't begin to imagine the depth of pain you all must be experiencing; you all who loved and known him for so many years. The employees in any ICU can become hardened when it comes to death because we face it often, but when it is one of your own, it hits a different heart string. Even in the most unbearable times Nate would light up our unit with his incredible smile. We will never be the same without him.
