I am thankful for every moment I spent with my Grammy. Memories of her go back as far as I can remember. She has always been there for me and my daughters. Even my three little girls smile and laugh when her name is mentioned. If I needed a big hug or even a thunderous laugh, she was there. With a heart of gold, she made it known how much she loved me, her "Teeber" everytime we spoke. She was the best
Grammy in the world to me. Sometimes she would call me just to laugh and remind me of a hysterical moment. Or even just to say "I love you." At the end of every conversation or before we left Atchison, she would always say "See you later" never "Goodbye." She know that she will never leave my heart, my memories will never fade. And I look forward to seeing her beautiful smile, hear her infectious laugh and hugged so tightly.. One day soon. See you later Grammy..

I will always remember my sister as a petite, pretty little thing with pigtails to her waist. She was older than me but I always looked up to her. She had such great musical talent, and I enjoyed hearing her sing at church and at various events around the community. Unlike me, she was very mild-mannered and very seldom raised her voice. She was the best mother of all time and always put her children first. We used to get into many discussions and she would say, "Now who is the OLDER sister." I would always try to call her before and after I went on travel; unfortunately, I was not able to speak to her after my most recent trip. Still, I know that she knows that she is greatly missed but will always be in our hearts

Dear Eddie, Arnold, Owen, Harold, Denielle (Dee Dee) all the children, grand-children, sister and brothers I want to extend my condolences for the loss of your mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend (Mom Kerford). She was an amazing woman, who always had only a kind word and an open heart. Growing up she was my other mother and made a part of the family. She will be so missed as she was and is a blessing to us all, she has shown so many how to live life. Much love to you all. Kim Bartinaux (Kim Barnes).
