I want to express my condolences to the family of Scarlet Rosa Colon Jones. Scarlet was one of a kind and she was very proud of her Puerto Rican heritage. She had a remarkable memory and she possessed paramount loyalty to those whom she loved. She was a very hard worker and loved her Dr. Pepper (soda). At one point we developed a close bonded relationship and I became a type of mentor to her. She obeyed the Gospel of Jesus Christ and became a new babe in Christ Jesus. She turned her life around against all odds and obtained a college degree. She loved both of her children and strived to be the best single mother that she could. She will be missed and always remembered!
