One of my favorite memories of Ashley is when her and her BFF Jernita (Jay) Joseph were subject matter experts at Convergys for the AT&T Project. These two lit up the room, sometimes even skipping down the aisles. Ashley loved to make people smile and shared compliments freely. She was so compassionate, caring, and friendly, one could not help but LOVE her. Jay and Ashley were inseparable but there, of course, were times they were not together at work. Whenever Ashley would be without her other half and pass me somewhere in the call center, she'd say with a smile "Where Lil Boy at?" At first it confused me, but then I realized she was talking about Jay! This went on for a long time and always made my day when she asked me that hialrious question. Ashley and Jay would often "take a break" from the floor duties and come into my training classes and "Get Real" with new hires, giving them an idea of the culture of the project we were on and helping them with tips on being successful. Ashley cared so much for others and was always ready to lift your spirits. She was definitely a "others first" kind of person and her beautiful smile, amazing attitude, and loving heart will be remembered ALWAYS! Rest in Heaven my beautiful friend, I LOVE YOU!
